Set within the inspiring surroundings of the museum, this one day wellness retreat invites you to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through a thoughtfully curated series of wellness and creative experiences.

You'll practice techniques for the neck, shoulders, jaw, hands, forearms, and feet while learning how just a few minutes each day can support your overall well being. Each participant will leave with practical skills they can begin using immediately, along with a small self care gift to continue their wellness journey at home.
