Learn how to work in pastels with artist Jill Tichenor in this fall-themed, full-day workshop. This class includes guided exercises to help you explore pastel techniques—perfect for beginners as well as those seeking more direction in their current pastel painting process.

Participants will practice layering, blending, and color application while creating autumn-inspired works of art!

Pastel Painting Supplies:

  • Rembrandt Soft Pastels Set, Half Sticks (Set of 15)

  • Assorted Mi-Teintes 24 Sheet Pad, 9x12

  • Kneaded Eraser

  • Blending Stump, size 3/8

  • Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencil Set, Assorted Colors (Tin Box, Set of 12)

Parking
Please park in the regular museum parking lot and follow the sidewalk east of the museum to the Education Center.
